Trainee Green Keeper Required for Crane Valley

We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team as a Trainee Green Keeper.
Hours of work will be 45 hours in the summer, 35 hours in the winter, based on an average of 40 hours per week, with some weekend work required.
You'll start college in September 2015 to gain level 2 sports turf management and progress to level 3 from there.
Spraying and chainsaw training will be given.

Second Chef

Crane Valley Golf Club, Verwood, Dorset requires a Second Chef. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team in driving the business to increased profitability and improved standards.

We cater for visitors, Golf Societies and function business including Weddings. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead, manage, motivate the kitchen team to deliver the highest level of food and service. He/she will also require the following:  
  • A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience.
  • Appropriate qualifications to 706 1/2 or equivalent.
  • The ability to maximise profitability, controlling both gross profit and costs.
  • High level of inter-personal skills.
  • Self motivated and positive attitude.
  • The highest level of customer care and service skills.
The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
